Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for everything related with Human Resources tasks: employees contracts, benefits, payroll, expenses reimbursement, paid time off, organization structure, learning and development, interactive courses, calendar and API integrations. Rippling has a very well organized website and its own mobile application. The mobile application is very convenient for employees to perform Human Resources tasks without having to be logged in a laptop.

Significant more features and a much better mobile application. Rippling's mobile application is a serious win! Our employees love the ability of submitting human resources related tasks through their phone at any time. In addition, Rippling has a significant larger pool of integrations with other applications and APIs, which overall facilitates the job.

Rippling's overall usability is just awesome! It's website has a very logical structure and it is very easy to find features, tasks and information. Its website is very intuitive and easy to use. There was no need for a detailed onboarding session to understand its workflow. It is a simple, yet very effective HR tool to use.
Rippling is well-suited for pretty much everything. It contains all the features and tasks that any Human Resources department needs. I would say that a huge pro is its mobile application. On today's highly competitive market, having a mobile app is crucial, specially for tech companies. I do not see any scenarios where Rippling is not appropriate. So far, I have not had an issue with any of the features I have needed to use.
