Rippling is a good platform for tracking everything in one hand for any company's day-to-day operations, such as payroll, employee data, role management, leave management, and so on. The main advantage of Rippling is that everything is tracked based on role. Mainly employee details and leave management and very easy in adminstration department to store everything.

Good for the all-in-one activity for tracking. All roles and implementations is good. Rippling enables businesses to manage both people and their access to apps, devices, and systems from one place, streamlining operations and improving security. I am using on a day to day basis. It is a mixed platform for all in one use. Like, good for the automation, scalability. It is good for user experience. May be pricier than simpler platforms like Gusto or BambooHR for smaller teams not needing all features. Combines HR, payroll, IT, and app/device management in a seamless, modular system — rare in the market.
