Rippling is used to HR operations as we apply leaves and work from home, and also to know the team structure through the org charts. Also used to write review cycles and surveys, also we can refer someone else from Rippling with the security to protect sensitive employee data and supports two factor authenticaton.

Rippling has a user friendly interface that allows employees to apply for leave and workfrom home easily as compared to bamboo hr Rippling has performance reviews and surveys, helps companies for feedback cycles. workday is also good but its for large enterprise. Rippling protects employee data and two factor authentication ADP has strong security but expensive
