Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling on a daily basis, even on Saturdays. My company uses it in a daily basis too. We have turned to Rippling since we had multiple vendors that had different functions and we were elevating our efficiency when it comes to ease of access to multiple functions, thus Rippling was introduced to us. We now get to have our Payrolls, Time Management, Core HR services, Multi-Country Payroll, and Global Employment Services.

Cons

  • Ability to have their own support, so we can contact them directly in the absence of our assigned contact person.
  • Ability to change the option to file a leave on a weekend, by ourselves and without the need to be redirected to the one in charge in the company.
  • Aside form those 2 main points, I have not thought of any functionality that is missing as of the moment.
  • It's cost effectiveness has helped us a lot
Rippling is far superior than those other products. That's why we chose Rippling. The level of integration of multiple functions are limited to most but not for Rippling. This application/platform has proved it's worth with it's efficiency and they truly deliver their purpose. So I recommend you change what you are using now into Rippling.

Like what I mentioned earlier, Rippling is an all-around suite of multiple functions exclusively benefitting companies through their wide range of integration, that others don't have, and, in my opinion, will never have. Rippling has managed to do that in a span of a few years compared to others in the same market that has been their for quite some time now.
Rippling is an all-functional suite. From Time Management to Payroll. Everything that a company needs to manage their employees are all integrated into one application! There are times that we can miss clocking in or out like Time Stamps and or breaks/lunches. If integrity would prevail, the ease to access this site in the palm of your hand(and a mobile phone) and update your scheuling is really convenient.
