Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
We are much like a startup. We use Rippling for various tasks such as requesting Time Offs, Work From Homes, Submitting any Surveys and To know about our employees including details like whose their manager and their contact details and our whole organizational structure and also payroll process. Rippling makes it easier to manage everything from one place.
Pros
- Requesting Time Off to Managers
- Finding Employee Details whom they are reporting and which department they are from
- Track Approvals and Holidays
Cons
- It would be easier if they provide an option to view profile picture of employees
- For login they are using authorizing keys. Those are difficult to login when Internet is bad. If they provide an option to take it. It will be good
- If they provide options to switch themes it would be better for me
- As an employee, it made everyday tasks easier. Like applying time offs or finding a colleague's contact information
- It has improved organisational transparency by making employee and reporting structure data easily accessible
- Rippling has significantly streamlined our HR and IT operations, saving us valuable time and reducing manual effort across teams
As I am a fresher. I started using both recently. Both are completely different. But we use Jira for assigning tickets and comments etc. In Rippling we do other things. I like the interface of Jira than Rippling. We can't measure in most scenarios which is better like that. I think in someways Jira is better. In other Atlassian Jira is better
