Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling in my organization as an employee for HR purposes. My company uses it to manage items including PTO and other time off; compensation management including payroll, commissions, taxes, and direct deposit; approvals, benefits; insurance management; forms; employee profile information storing; onboarding; occasional announcements; support; and likely more.

Pros

  • User interface
  • Insurance management

Cons

  • PTO management—would love to have the ability to select certain hours on a multi-day period for PTO requests
  • Certain profile information can be difficult to find
  • It is streamlined and easy to use, which saves me time and stress in my job by allowing me to spend more time on what I am contracted to do

Yes

Rippling is streamlined with a clean and modern user interface. It is attractive, intuitive, and easy to use. It doesn't feel cluttered at all and offers easy access to the tools I need most regularly without me having to do any of my own customization to or workarounds on the interface.
Rippling is great for HR management from the employee side. It makes benefit management, onboarding, payroll, PTO requests, and more very easy. It is clean and simple and intuitive to use.

For our company, as far as I am aware, Rippling has not been used for client invoicing, legal, recruiting, or internal messaging as we have other established or more convenient tools for these items.
