Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling mainly for international team management, we can have a single org chart for all employees, custom benefits per employee, a single platform to manage contractors, with Rippling we could cut matrix management positions.

Feature's views are great, the dashboard lacks better UX, it could be hard to find the good solution you are looking for, it lacks a main dashboard and favorite tab it's not the best experience neither
Rippling is well suited for international teams, is well suited if you manage a lot of contractors, is well suited if you don't have an standard HR process, is well suited if this is your first HR platform and you need multiple features for your business, is well suited if you need to extend a system to your needs.
