Our company uses Rippling for the PEO services they provide. This includes payroll, HR and employee training. The HR support has been really great in response time and payroll is straight forward. One of the main features for our company is Rippling's ability to manage multi-state tax filings and manage contractors all under the same platform. The system is intuitive and employees receive consistent communications about notifications and reminders.

Rippling is the perfect balance between a PEO and a standalone payroll system. They have all the functions, features and support that a company needs, but allows the user (company) the flexibility to utilize the system with control. Other systems were missing this feature, didn't include the technology at the same caliber or had too many obstacles to allow for quick responses.
