Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Our company uses Rippling for the PEO services they provide. This includes payroll, HR and employee training. The HR support has been really great in response time and payroll is straight forward. One of the main features for our company is Rippling's ability to manage multi-state tax filings and manage contractors all under the same platform. The system is intuitive and employees receive consistent communications about notifications and reminders.

  • Healthcare benefit administration options- We had a choice of 2 main providers.
  • Efficiency- The HR team is able to make changes and receive support quickly and this makes a tremendous difference on our operations.
Rippling is the perfect balance between a PEO and a standalone payroll system. They have all the functions, features and support that a company needs, but allows the user (company) the flexibility to utilize the system with control. Other systems were missing this feature, didn't include the technology at the same caliber or had too many obstacles to allow for quick responses.
Throughout the process, I received quick responses and follow up with the majority of the support team contacts I've reached out to. I have not had any issues so far.

The system is very intuitive and I would probably rate this higher if I had more time to spend using the different tools. However, what I have found is that most of the items that I search are accessible, so this eliminates the need to reach out to support. Basically, it's a self service system that has everything and the support in case assistance is needed.
Rippling is overall a great system and offers many features that are professional and appropriated for small or larger companies. The system is intuitive and the transition onto the system is not difficult. I would say the best feature is Rippling's customer support. They are very responsive and also have a help center feature that provides relevant information for most issues. Our company had a very positive experience with the sales, implementation and onboarding representatives.
