Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

For my organization we use Rippling mainly for employee benefits, payroll, and health insurance management and it has made it easy. By having the easy to use user interface I am highly encourage daily to manage my benefits as I need. With that as well I am easily able to adjust and use my sick time, PTO, and CME hours with ease.

Rippling offers more complex features allowing employees to really take control on how they use Rippling. It also has a really simple and clean user interface that is great to use especially for those that do not have strong computer skills. This drives strong employee engagement which is great for everyone.
When I did have to reach out to Rippling for assistance I was able to get quick help and my problem resolved in a time efficient manner with out any type of hick up. The customer support team is professional, kind and always available. This makes Rippling more welcoming to use on a daily basis.

The usability of Rippling is a ten out of ten. When it comes to navigating through the different menus to signing documents or just choosing your benefits, everything just flows so well. This makes doing paperwork for your job less confusing and saves a lot of time when it comes to finishing time critical tasks.
Rippling should be greatly used in areas where there are many employees employed by a company that offers many benefits. By using Rippling employees will be able to easily manage their benefits. Rippling may not be ideal for areas of business where the company is either small or does not offer the employees many benefits.
