Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for payroll and all employee welfare details. It addresses pto requests, salary details, sick leave application, and tax calculations. You can change account details for salary and pay stubs.

Pros

  • Shows how my taxes are calculated.
  • Shows all my pto requests.
  • Shows all courses I need to enroll in as an employee.

Cons

  • Nothing. It has been of great help since we switched to Rippling.
  • As an employee, it has significantly enhanced my productivity and budgeting.
I find it more efficient to receive my pay notifications early. It’s easy to use, and I can calculate and understand my taxes. Additionally, all my employment information, including my courses, is conveniently located in the same place.
Ease of use, well detailed, and very helpful.

Because it is excellent.
I have used Rippling when I get a paycheck especially my bonuses it has helped me a lot to be able to calculate taxes owed on this bonuses with it’s ease of usage Less appropriate wil be the extra security necessary when trying to sign in which is not an issue per se and makes for better protection.
