I give this rating because I can easily find what I need. Compared to other jobs I've had elsewhere, this platform has saved me hours upon hours of time in navigation, readability, and access.
I use the org chart to learn which colleagues are appropriate contacts based on the projects I am working on. I use it to track my time off, which is easy to view. My benefits are ready-at-hand so I can research them quickly. The Learning Management section shows me exactly which courses I've taken and what I need to take in the future.
