Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is the best payroll software I have used in my 25 years of filing payroll reports. Very user friendly, and the ability to allocate wages to separate departments is amazing. They make the payroll report filing easy, and it’s easy for employees to use to update their information as needed too.

Pros

  • Allocate wages to different departments
  • Integrates with QBO and Xero
  • Easy for employees to make updates as needed without having to reach out to HR

Cons

  • Locating specific payroll reports can sometimes be tricky
  • When adjustments are needed, better communication from Rippling would be nice
  • Loving the new dashboard and being able to freeze favorites at the top
  • From bookkeeper point of view - being able to track KPIs is a super useful tool
  • Easy way to find PTO balance
  • Notifies you in advance when someone on team will be out
Rippling blows all the rest of the payroll providers out of the water! The ease of use for employees to update info, and the reports that you can get from Rippling surpass any other payroll service provider
They have always been very fast to respond and super helpful

One of the easiest to use softwares for both employees and employers
This is the best payrolls software I have used. Gusto used to be, but Rippling has taken the lead. It incorporates healthcare and 401k, and files state reports on your behalf which is amazing! It is user friendly, so even if you aren’t an accountant, Rippling is easy to use.
