Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling, an HRIS, for compliance training. It's an excellent system for managing our onboarding. As an administrator and end-user, I find it intuitive and easy to use. I appreciate the constant updates to the platform. Even with continuous updates, I can keep up with the system and easily find what I need to do.

Rippling updates its platform regularly, unlike other platforms. It constantly improves the experience and grows its capabilities. I appreciate the continuous growth and care they have for user feedback. This is a great, user-friendly system. Others can be hard to navigate, but Rippling is a straightforward modern system. I appreciate the new approach.

The system is usaable and easy to pickup - even with the changes I can always find what I need to. I've never been in a position where I can't find the content I need.
Great HRIS for a growing organization. For example, we needed to move our compliance training into Rippling, and Rippling was able to do what we needed to do. We have automation set up for this, so there's a no-touch approach. The system does what we would have manually done in the past, saving time for all of us.
