Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

My business uses Rippling to manage employees, salaries, and organizational charts.

This tool is probably the most used and helpful for us, we can quickly identify team members, find their information, and organize teams. At the moment, I personally use this tool to verify not only my personal information and how my data is managed, also I'm able to have my team organized and see other teams across the organization.

I have the option to organize per role, send promotions, schedule updates, and divide teams per leader.

Cons

  • I would say it would be beneficial for the updates to be done quicker when making organizational changes, other than that this tool works wonders for us.
  • Positive impact on organization and finances allowing the paychecks to be completed on time and with the correct information.
  • Again, changes take a while in this tool however, the overall experience is of accurate results.
Since I started with Rippling I have only used that one, compared to the stories told by friends who use similar options this one works wonders, I truly have not used another one so won't lie here.
I have never needed to contact support, everything works smoothly.

Awesome! I would recommend this product to everyone that has a business and wants to have order and organization, I'm very strict with that and this tool works wonders.
Rippling is excellent for organizing companies, set proper profiles, set goals and handle specific profiles information, and create better visibility of teams overall.

Less appropriate when you need to make quick changes or have a quicker approach to how your teams look it takes a while to perform changes entirely.
