User-Friendly yet Powerful Tool
Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
We are using Rippling to manage HR, IT and Finance operations at a Global level. Rippling is very helpful when you have branches in different regions. It helps to keep track of our leaves, employee reviews, and important digital documents. It also helps to automate manual processes and has reduced a lot of manual work for our HR, IT and Finance teams. At a personal level, I loved the Rippling interface and it's very user-friendly for sure. My overall experience using Rippling for the past 2 years was amazing and hassle-free.

Earlier, we were using Homebase to handle scheduling and time tracking and greytHR for basic payroll and compliance work. We switched to Rippling, as by using this single tool, we could manage most of the HR & payroll workload (at least more than those 2). From onboarding new hires to managing payroll and other benefits, Rippling stood out.
