Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

When I was at Duda, we adopted Rippling in January 2025. I was initially apprehensive about the switch from BambooHR, but I quickly grew to love it. The migration went smoothly, and the ability to SSO into and access many different systems was excellent. I found it super easy to use and navigate.

It's just easy to use. We switched from BambooHR to Rippling in January 2025, and the transition all went really smoothly. After first logging in, it was intuitive to navigate and find the things I was looking for.
Rippling is well-suited for Review Cycles, logging in to view my HSA balance, as well as my employee information, including compensation, shares, start date, and more. It's nice, as everything is in one place, so I don't have to remember multiple systems and passwords. We had several surveys from here, too, which were awesome and easy to fill out.
