Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for everything going from HR, to payroll, to requesting and approving time off, PTO and vacations, we also used it for onboarding and paystubs, for employees both in the US and multiple other countries, going from Mexico to the Philippines, signing contracts and other documents needed for payment and employment

The difference is just like day and night, Skuad would continously drop the ball with things like paying in time, providing answers to any questions we would have, support with their own platform, and no commitment to try and improve the situations that were brought to their attention multiple times
The support was top tier, it was fast, to the point, and left no questions unanswered, the kind of support that makes you go "whoa, that was swift", maybe its because the previous platform was not great, but so far, they really have covered all of the points that we need

Although it takes a while to get used to the platform (it could also be that I personally have not being using this type of platforms for long yet), it really is super intuitive, includes videos and tutorials, and even if you were to need help, the support they provided is so good
Rippling was really helpful while onboarding, they answered any question quicky and in a way that really made it easier to understand how the platform works and how to get things done easily, not that is really needed once that you start using the platform or app and start noticing where everything is
