Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling simplifies HR processes and provides a great user experience. It provides a complete integration of employee management, making it easy to manage payroll, keep track of vacation and time off and centralizing all the information into one place. It drastically reduces the amount of time that the HR department has to spend by automating repetitive task and simplifying many of the most complex issues like taxes and accounting. It really is a complete solution that can be easily be extended with countless third party integrations and their in house apps. I really like that it aggregates everything into the same place, making it easy to find important documents fast and keep them up to date.

Cons

  • Simplifying and explaining taxes. I feel like this section could use a bit of work, as it can be confusing for employees to understand what taxes they need to pay and why.
  • Benefit management could also be improved. I think they could add a section to aggregate and manage benefits. Going through an insurance booklet of hundreds of pages can be frustrating and confusing.
  • Adding a section of global company documentation would be quite useful to keep track of all the official letters.
  • Automates tasks like payroll, time off management and bank accounts handling. That means that the head count can grow without the need of bloating the HR department
  • Speeds up onboarding and offboarding significantly. New employees are productive faster.
  • Minimizes the risks of loosing documents or missing deadlines. Reduces possible legal expenses.

Rippling has a better overall interface, making it easier to keep everything organized and find important information fast. It is also much better at integrating with third party tools, which means we can extend and modify it to fit our needs almost perfectly. This flexibility reduces the need of performing repetitive tasks like copy/pasting between different softwares and helps us keep everything in the same place.
Although I haven't had direct contact with support, my team has reported a great experience with them. Getting fast responses and effective solutions for both operational questions as well as technical integrations.

Rippling is just super simple. It makes it possible to store and access all the HR related information from a single place. Adding new integrations is really easy and there are a ton of them. I specially like the flexibility that it offers in almost all aspects, as all businesses are different and their needs can vary immensely.
I think Rippling is specially useful to automate most of the HR needs of a company while keeping a ton of flexibility by integrating with third party softwares. It provides employees with a super comfortable experience and helps them keep everything in one place without having to reach out to anyone on the HR department. That said, I think Rippling might not be appropriate for companies that have their own proprietary HR software, as it works best when taking over as many tasks as possible.
