Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I’ve been using Rippling with my employer, and it really makes things simple. I can track my hours, request time off, see upcoming payments, and even check the payroll ahead of time. It’s very straightforward to use, and so far, we’ve never run into any bugs or glitches. It really shows its value for what your get. The one time I had an issue, I reached out through the live chat and got help right away. Their support team was quick and super helpful, which honestly made me trust the platform even more. Overall, Rippling has been a reliable tool that makes payroll and time tracking way less stressful. It just works. That’s exactly what you want with something this important.

We used Payoneer before, but switching to Rippling has been a big upgrade. Rippling is much easier to work with, way more intuitive, and everything feels smoother. On top of that, their customer service is a huge step up, being so fast, helpful, and reliable compared to what we experienced before.
It was great. I've only had to use it once, but the assistance was provided not only instantly through the support chat, but the whole situation got resolved in the same exact day. I only have good words for the Rippling customer service team, and they were nothing less than amazing!

It’s simple to use, no bugs at all, and when I did need help, support was fast and super helpful. Overall, it’s reliable, stress-free, and does exactly what you need it to do.
I’ve been using Rippling with my company for more than 6 months and it just makes everything easier. Tracking hours, requesting time off, checking payments, even seeing payroll ahead of time.
