Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for Team Attendance and Time management, and for all our payroll operations. Also, we rely on it for Organization chart maintenance and communications.

Biggest challenges that we had is one centralized tool to manage all the HR and finance operations efficiently without compromising on security. Rippling does the job without issues

The platform is intuitive and easy to onboard. The mobile application makes day to day tasks like attendance marking, time sheet tracking, leave management and approvals seamless. Also, I love how the app can be integrated with communications app such as Slack. There is always room for minor improvements, but over all, it is a user friendly solution.
The Mobile Application, in specific, made time management and approvals easy. It helps keep tab on upcoming leaves, not only improves operational efficiency but also provides greater visibility and control over workforce planning across the organization.

Having Access to pay-slips and integrations with applications are great features to stay on track of activities.
