notices are provided in clear and easy to understand ways with easy access to complete actions

talent overview - have some talent courses to help train new employees
app connections - would love to see how it can be integrated with other things

UKG Pro

rippling is very comparable to UltiPro (UKG Pro) but ultimately rippling is far more user friendly and allows for easier access of information that is more in line with logical thinking

again the user experience is great - it's very logical and intuitive with the way people think. plus i really enjoy it's ability to relay info, house policies, and support surveys for further improvements

I feel like Rippling is best used for companies <500 people as it does a great job housing employee information and is great for sourcing ideas via surveys, employee satisfaction via surveys, and all standard regulatory documentations. the fact that it comes integrated with full payroll and benefit administration is great too.
