Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is one-stop HRIS where payroll is taken care of, employees access their company benefits, and we can handle our onboarding process automatically. Our organization is relatively small, but the versatility and capabilities that Rippling allows us to have in our operations keeps our processes running smoothly. With data integrations of our benefit providers, Rippling gives us a clear understanding of how deductions are calculated, which has been incredibly helpful.

Pros

  • Easy user-interface to navigate the system, both from an employee and employer/admin standpoing
  • Seamless integration of benefits for deductions that roll into payroll
  • Fast chatbot support that is detailed and attentive to responses

Cons

  • Easier implementation process roadmap for full understanding of timelines and required documents, especially for multi-entity companies
  • Structure and guidance around setting up EDI feeds, especially during open enrollment when changing providers
  • Timecard change requests that overlap with timecard stamps can be greatly improved to allow approvals and manually adjust the time
  • Improvement in the onboarding process via automation of documents and tasks to complete
  • Easy processing of payroll for fast turnaround, even for terminations
  • Fast pull of data for executive analyses
Must easier to use as far as the interface as it is less complicated and visually stacked.

Usability is very friendly and easy to navigate, from both the employee end and employer/administrative end. The interface is easy on the eyes to find the appropriate answer and detailed enough to not have to switch between multiple pages. The automatic login and use of having multiple tabs open without any interference is great.
Rippling is great for self-service actions, both from the employee and employer standpoint. Using the chatbot as an AI tool has been incredibly helpful to get answers before being connected to a live representative or a support ticket is created for further research. Not only that but the chatbot is adaptive and responsive to information that is fed or requested.
