Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Our company needed a comprehensive human resources platform and a payroll provider capable of supporting a nationwide workforce, as we have employees located from coast to coast. With significant growth over the past few months—expanding from 14 to nearly 50 employees—we required a solution that could seamlessly scale with our needs.
Previously, we managed all HR and payroll functions internally, but with this rapid expansion, it became clear that we needed a more robust and efficient system. Rippling has exceeded our expectations in every area. The platform’s payroll processing, benefits administration, and onboarding capabilities have been key contributors to our continued success and have greatly streamlined our operations.

We are a better company today and run more efficiently after having this in place. The employees seem to have embraced the software with open arms and really like it! This company needed a payroll/ HR system in place, and I feel we implemented it at just the right time. I also feel it was the right one for us.
Rippling's benefits packages are absolutely amazing and offer a wide range for employees to choose from. It was great to be able to offer our employee a range of options to choose from.
