Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is our all in one HR and payroll solution. They additionally handle our employee reimbursements through their Spend platform. The product is very easy to use from an admin prospective and an employee prospective. We are so happy we made the switch from Paycom. Their support is also fantastic.

Rippling offered a superior experience for the admin and user. Paycom was old and clunky feeling. We had to adapt to their systems as opposed to it adapting to our needs. Additionally, Paycom's app wasn't robust from a manager perspective. They were price neutral when comparing and Rippling felt like you were getting more for the cost.
Their first line of support, chat support, is able to handle the day to day needs. We were skeptical of it's abilities but after using extensively now, it's been a game changer for us. We can ask a question and move to something else and then pick back up the topic when it's convenient for us.

We have all levels of users at our organization and they all provided feedback that it's an easy system to learn and understand. Coming from Paycom, we were expecting something that felt old and clunky. Rippling feels smooth and easy to use. We wouldn't go back to Paycom or another system.
Rippling is well suited for any size organization. It's able to handle our workforce of 90 employees and seems very scalable. Their implementation team was able to guide us through the transition from Paycom to Rippling with ease. If they are able to handle a Paycom transition, they can handle most any system.
