Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

In my organization, we use Rippling to pay workers, request time off, and track promotions. The business problems that the product addresses are those that come with having a workforce that is scattered around the world. How do you pay everyone on time and in the currency that is most advantageous to them? In comes Rippling. We are paid a salary on Ripping, and then with bank transfers, we are able to receive the money that we need.

Pros

  • Ease of use using the platform.
  • Unifying all things HR on a platform.
  • The organization can push tasks to its workers.

Cons

  • Colors could be better. I like blue.
  • Need more tutorials to know where everything is.
  • Less commissions please when sending to banks around the world.
  • Positive impact because people can access all of their resources.
  • Positive because it is reliable.
  • Positive because you have all of your resources available.

Rippling is super usable because it has allowed me to learn all there is to know about HR and requesting time off, and being able to get paid consistently and responsibly. It is excellent in its way that it gets together all a worker could possibly need to use in order to work in peace. No need to fill out invoices or anything.
It is best when you have a large organization of workers who live everywhere around the world. Ripping excels in the fact that it has integrations with banks around the world, and it is connected to Microsoft Outlook, so workers do not go unnoticed when they need to perform tasks on Rippling. I think Rippling would be appropriate in all cases because it is good for administrators to be able to see what they need to do to get their people paid.
