Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Primrose Retirement has transitioned from UKG to Rippling, The process has been painless for staff and the app is user friendly and very easy to navigate. The product will help HR keep track of staff tardiness and absences. It will be used for payroll, benefits, and scheduling. The purpose of Rippling is to be able to streamline and simplify employee processes such as onboarding, payroll, time off-all in one location. It will improve efficiency and reduce administrative overhead.

  • Some staff had issues with the initial login
  • Rippling will help keep administrative costs down
  • Rippling will improve the onboarding experience for both management and employees
Rippling has more to offer and all items are in one location which facilitates the processes for managers. It appears logins are easier. UKG logins have seemingly been a problem for staff attempting to sign in or out of shifts.

It is easy for managers and staff to navigate through whether it is performance evaluations, scheduling, or benefit assignments.
Rippling is well suited to assist the organization with overall onboarding, scheduling, payroll. Payroll has been tedious in UKG. The benefits with Rippling should free up time for other organizational needs. It will account automatically for employees who are regularly tardy or have a pattern of missed days when scheduled. The benefits and performance evaluation process was easy to navigate through.
