Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We were initially just using Rippling HCM. We found the platform to be incredibly intuitive and powerful, and also perfect to scale with us and we grow. We were so pleased with our customer experience that we have now also moved on to Rippling Recruiting as well which has been an equally positive experience.

Pros

  • User interface cleamn and intuitive
  • Workflow logic is solid
  • Support very good

Cons

  • Ability to customize could be better. Too rigid in places
  • Some areas take an extra click or two to navigate
  • Notifications dont always match tasks
  • Unification of HCM and Recruiting
  • Improved time to go live on new roles
  • Improved quality of interviews
General support has been excellent. Implementation support was even better

Very simple and easy to use. Functionality is great. Everything is where it should be and easy to find
Great when creating/approving roles in headcount tool, then moving them directly into Recruiting.

Less good when needing to customize internal mail templates to make more specific.
