Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We currently use Rippling as our central system for employee onboarding, payroll, benefits, and administration.. It helps streamline operations by minimizing manual processes, improving compliance, and keeping all employee data in one place. They help us in ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle from hire to payroll and offboarding.

Overall a good fit for our business needs being under 50 people and changing over the course of every year. Easy to stay on top of items and complete tasks for the workforce.
Great use for my managers in approving time off, benefits, hiring and submitting expense reports. The team uses Rippling on a day to day basis. Makes everyone's lives easier having everying in one place and it's easy to navigate from one component to the next.
