Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling as our primary HR and Payroll platform and for IT device and security management. We are a small company that is scaling. Rippling allows us to scale and reduces the need for additional headcount. Further, the IT and device management functionality played a significant role in helping us achieve HiTrust and ISO 27001 certification.

Cons

  • We have run into some challenges in receiving support on their Sentinel One integration. The Rippling team won't allow you to go directly to Sentinel One support. They require you to go through Rippling support, so it felt like they were playing man in the middle between us and the Sentinel One team.
  • We were considering moving from the Rippling ASO model to the Rippling PEO model, but the insurance carrier options were quite limited.
  • Rippling has generated a positive ROI in the very first year of use. The automation and management capabilities have enabled the Company to scale while limiting headcount additions.
Rippling offered more intuitive HR functionality and greater IT management offerings than the other vendors we looked at.
I use the chatbot frequently which provides the support I need most of the time. When needed, I can access a customer support person by chat very quickly.

Rippling offers a powerful platform with intuitive workflows. We are just scratching the surface in terms of using all that Rippling has to offer. It will definitely grow with our Company.
For our company, Rippling has been a great experience. We are a small company with headcount in the U.S. We were looking for a platform that could help us scale while limiting the amount of headcount we needed to add in the HR, Finance, and IT functions. The Rippling integrations into our software landscape have been reliable, easy to use, and time saving.
