Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for the R Pass feature, most recently for benefits, and for employee management. The dashboard is pretty much the one-stop shop for us and is programmed as our home page on all of our laptops. The single sign-on feature makes it so easy to access all of the apps we use and the R Pass feature is great because it safely saves all of my passwords.

Pros

Cons

  • I don't use the reports feature and don't understand what they're for.
  • I only recently started using the benefits function.
  • Curious what the time card function looks like.
  • Tough to say as I'm not sure the investment in Rippling.
  • I'm familiar with Gusto, but I am happy with Rippling so far
Gusto is "prettier" for a user experience but I think rippling has more functionality than Gusto does and can consolidate all the things we currently do at the agency all in one platform/software. I prefer being able to keep everything together in one platform which my company struggles with so moving our benefits to Rippling was definitely a positive change!
I haven't needed to use support but I anticipate it would be good should I need to use it. our HR director has good things to say about support.

Yes

I like the icons on the home page as it helps to navigate and understand how to use them. I was never really shown how to operate within Rippling and was able to figure it out pretty seamlessly on my own without help from others which is always good! You want easy functionality when you're slammed with work!
It's perfect for a one-stop shop for employees. It has our database of employees (love that you can search by name in the search bar and it'll give you a photo).
