Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is used as our HR/employee management, payroll, training and benefits management. This replacement product has solved a lot of our useability issues that we had with our previous platform and freed up/automated a lot of the accounting and HR assistance needed previously, which as an aging, clunky platform that just had a LOT of bugs, and not a lot of features or flexibility.

  • Not sure I can browse training that is not assigned. I haven't spent time looking to see if it is permissions or implementation.

G&A/Worksight was clunky and poorly designed, not integrated features, more like they were "snapped in" to aging code and mismatched user interfaces and often did not work well (training modules, time off calendar, payroll was third party, just very clunky to use). Our HR department was constantly required to help managers administrate and users as well. Rippling is used as our HR/employee management, payroll, training and benefits management. We should've switched to this platform sooner. It handles so much more and much more elegantly than our previous HR/payroll software. It is feature rich, intuitive, and the user-interface is all cohesive and bug free. I have not come across anything that I am confused by in my usage experience and I consider that a major improvement even though it is a simple assessment.
Rippling has so many more features than our previous software, and so far I have not encountered a single bug or broken link. Our old software was very buggy and clunky, whereas Rippling is particularly intuitive, well thought out, and an elegant interface. I perticularly like the ease of requesting, viewing, reviewing and editing time off, and I really appreciate the email notifications that I was paid - it's like a nice happy-face in my email box!
