Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Finance management and human resource management. It makes it much easier to process clock ins and clock outs, sick days , vacation days and wellness days. Also easily facilitates spend management by making it easy to submit business expenses and we'll as mileage or spend reimbursements . Schedule management for individuals and groups is also a pretty nice feature on Rippling

Pros

  • Spend management. Upload and receipt and the AI features automatically download the information
  • Mileage reimbursements. Locations and drop down menus make it easy to use
  • Schedule managent. Easy to use and easy to navigate

Cons

  • The need for authentication sometimes makes login tedious
  • Make sure app and website interfaces are similar
  • Frequent app crashes and being logged out
  • Lessens the need for actual workers due to its AI capabilities
  • Less mistakes especially with soend management,
  • Easy to navigate and saves time

Rippling is generally rated exceptionally high for usability, often cited as one of the most intuitive and modern HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms on the market. Users consistently describe the interface as "clear, functional, and user-friendly". Because it unites HR, IT, and Finance, users can perform tasks (like onboarding a new hire, creating their email, and shipping a laptop) from a single screen, saving immense time.
Rippling is extremely suited for scheduling because it shows in a pretty easy to view manner the schedules of everyone. You can see your own schedule by yourself or you whole teams schedules which is awesome.
Rippling can make it difficult to access things like payroll as I feel sometimes there are not easily accessible on the app.
