Overall Satisfaction with Robin
It is being used by the organization as a whole. Basically, we have always allowed our employees to work remotely, but we do have a small office in central Tokyo. In this office we have a small number of seats in which anyone is allowed to use on a first come first serve basis. Essentially hot desks. So, we had an issue where people were not coming to the office for fear of not having a seat. Robin solved this.
