Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

It is being used by our department, other departments use different software. The only functions we agreed at the contract are shown/usable. So I cannot try or explore other functions.

Pros

  • Can access it at both my office and home.

Cons

  • Only functions we choose/agreed at the contract shown, I cannot try or explore other function, or try possibility to process our transaction.
  • It doesn't work well with some browsers. Also, it never lets me login on my new computer at home.
  • Can access it anywhere.
  • Doesn't work well with certain browser.
  • Can not login at my new computer, and I cannot figure out why.
Easy to use.
Multi-entity consolidation: It is easy to consolidate.
Everything is automatic as long as it was set.
I feel it is well suited for big organizations, with many ways to control restriction of users, and less flexible way to make corrections so that everyone needs to do exact same way and do not allow change or correct miss-input. With these same reason, it has unnecessary restriction for small organization and it is not so flexible for a single main user.
