Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We are a multi entity based company. The finance team are the main users of Intacct but we recently started giving other departments access to approve accounts payable invoices. It address the problems of making consolidations much easier and faster.
  • Allowance of approval process for entering and paying invoices - This allows proper controls to make sure things are being entered correcly
  • The ease of working with multiple entities.
  • Use of prepaid and amortization schedules are a great feature which save a lot of time.
  • I know they are new to this but bank feeds need to be improved. QuickBooks made it so easy to get banking activity uploaded.
  • Saves time and money by allowing us to close monthly books quicker than normal.
Automation helps us reverse journal entries such as accruals in a quick and accurate manner.
Multi-entity has been a game changer for us. Intacct is very convenient for switching entities and running reports on a consolidated basis.
Intacct allows you to get work done in a more efficient way. From entering bills to journal entries.
Intacct is a much more user-friendly version of QuickBooks. The only downfall of Intacct is the bank feeds were much easier to use in QuickBooks.
