Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

The Finance team is working remotely so we use this cloud-based system for our team.

Pros

  • The Duplicate feature is great!
  • I love that you can email reports directly from the program.
  • Sage Intacct allows you to invoice directly from the program and set up reminders as well.

Cons

  • I wish that you could set up multiple invoices for one Vendor and that Intacct could send them automatically on set dates.
  • None
I love the duplicate feature, especially when entering in Payroll twice a month.
We do not have to use this feature as we only have one entity in the US
We went thorough training with Sage and was able to get our company up and running with no down time
We did not look into other software programs

We have only been using this program for a little over 2 years, and it has been very user-friendly. I like that multiple users can be in the system at the same time.

You can work remotely. Multi users can be in the system at the same time. Files are backed up in the Cloud

Yes - It works great. Very easy to use
I found this program very easy to navigate. After using the same accounting program for over 20 plus years, I was a bit apprehensive in the beginning. The support and help features have allowed me to research issues if I am having any.
