Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We use it for the entire company, for our accounting software.

  • Intacct saves us a lot of time each month making our close process fast and easy!
  • The support on the website is very helpful when I have questions about processes.
  • I enjoy the simplicity of the program, as well as it's ability to meet our unique needs.
We have benefitted from the core function automation because we save a lot of time not having to do repetitive tasks over and over again. Also, it saves us time and money by not having to redo tasks or fixing errors that the program can prevent from happening, due to the automation in the core financial processes.
We use the multi-entity module and it is perfect for our organization!
I wasn't here for the integration, but I heard it was very smooth and easy to merge from our old system to Intacct.

I have found Sage to be very easy to use, with most features on the same screen at the same time. There are a lot fewer windows in Sage Intacct than in other programs, so when I'm completing a task, most of the time, everything I need is in one text box or screen. This is very useful and simple.
Sage is well suited for companies with multiple entities, or just one. It is so flexible. Also, it integrates very well with other software providers, such as Mineral Tree that we use for our accounts payables program. I also like the reporting functionality in the program. It is very robust and powerful and flexible.

Sage Intacct Support

The support is great when I have had to use it, which is rare. Honestly, I haven't had to use it very much at all, so I really can't give a lot of feedback here. The software is very simple and easy to use. On one of the two occasions I've had to call our support representative, I was able to get the help I needed that day.

Using Sage Intacct

When I first started using Sage Intacct, I didn't really have any training. The software was intuitive and very easy to learn and use. On a few occasions, like year-end and when working in the fixed assets section, I've had to go to the website for help. Once there, I was able to find all the answers I needed.
