Sage Intacct - A True saviour in accounting.
Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
I use Sage Intacct as an ERP (Accounting platform). I used to keep my books in an Excel sheet, and it consumed a lot of time. Later, I switched to a small ERP, but still, it was tough. Then, I switched to Sage Intacct, and I found it very useful and easy. I loved the Sage interface and am referring all of my friends to use the same.
Pros
- Accounting Entries.
- Easy navigation.
- User Interface.
- Reports generation.
Cons
- Long navigation.
- Collaboration
- Easy Shortcut keys.
- ROI is 85%.
- 25% negative because of the lack of dashboards available like power BI.
Yes, a lot has benefitted from this. Actually, we have used Sage and other applications with the help of API Keys, and we have benefitted from it. As soon as the Invoice coy arrives, the entries will be automatically updated.
I have used the multi-entity option in Sage, and it's amazing. It has met my expectations. For example, if I save vendor or customer details, they will be reflected similarly in all the entities. If I want specific entity-wise details, I can still save them. This feature impressed me.
In terms of Accounting and automation, Sage stands first, but when it comes to powerful dashboards, Zoho Books stands first. However, it's less appropriate when you try to automate entries, and as Sage gives an option to API, it is not required.
