Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct has addressed the problem of scale for us. Allowing us to comfortably port thousands of invoices via API. We can also scale over time using the modular functionality rather than jumping straight to and ERP.

Pros

  • Connections
  • Reporting
  • Dashboards

Cons

  • It would be nice to have more AI functionality as part of the core offering rather than a paid for add-on. As it is for other systems
  • API for invoices no longer struggling
  • Collections migrating into one system
  • shorter tech stack
Automated AP saves hours per month
Addition of AP automation and collection. Staff spend less time typing or manually entering data. More time business partnering
Quite hard, we had some bumps with our configuration via PwC. Blockers include CoA set up and API integration timeline.
Much larger, modular, more user controls and granularity

Would you buy Sage Intacct again?

It would depend on invoicing volumes and method. Most SMEs can survive manually invoicing a few hundred invoices per month. Sage Intacct also suits a company needing more bespoke reporting
