Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

SalesLoft is being piloted by a very small subset of our sales group. We focus on the community bank space, and are the only "software" sales group in the broader company. It is being used because we have long been on Salesforce classic and wanted something to help with accountability and sales enablement.

Pros

  • Keeps frontline sales people on track.
  • Ease of use.
  • Automates worfkows and increases efficiency.

Cons

  • The learning curve takes a little bit, but it's easy once you get it.
  • Small interface enhancements to make it easier to navigate.
  • It has helped me reach more prospects at a faster clip.
  • It's easier than running a regular mail merge through outlook and more user-friendly workflow.
  • It has helped me target specific solutions and messaging to the market more effectively.
It was easy to install the add-on for Salesforce. With a brief tutorial on how to operate SalesLoft buttons within Salesforce, the process is streamlined to create prospect lists and campaigns within Salesloft. I believe it helps me stay much better-organized than solely working within the Salesforce platform.
I haven't evaluated any others, but hear that Salesforce is building something to compete with the workflow.
SalesLoft is great for reaching a lot of people in an efficient manner. It provides helpful insight to see who opened and if they respond. You can take them right out of the cadence on the spot. Salesforce is great, but SalesLoft keeps people organized in day-to-day and weekly campaigns.
