SalesLoft is being used by the sales department to handle the interactions with prospects. It helps with follow ups and organizing contacts. We can set up automatic emails and it alerts you to do calls. You can create processes step by step with emails or calls and everything is measured so you will know what works better.

They are always responsive. I have asked the basics and they answer, always giving options and resources to have all the information needed. Having a responsive team always helps to work with the tool and have the best of it. They also provide timely resources to be updated on the new features.
It is really easy to register other platforms to work with. It is matter of a few clicks to have everything done. Also, the tool gives you tips when you are starting to make the process even easier. Integrations is the best part of this tool. Once you have registered the integrations you do not even need to worry of anything else.
