Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

SalesLoft is used by my organization in the hopes of creating a better sales experience for our customers. We get a better sense of the prospect by using features like call tracking and email tracking to keep all information top of mind if it needs to be handed off to another team member. This solves for collaboration in the sales process.

  • The call tracking features don't always work well.
  • It doesn't have as robust reporting as our leaders like sometimes.
  • This needs a texting function to complement the call functionality.

  • We have a clearer picture of our prospects and their needs - all in one place.
SalesLoft provides support via email and phone. We had a tiny bit of growing pains as we were setting it up and integrating with Salesforce, but it was nothing that couldn't be quickly answered or pointed in the right direction to a knowledge-base from the support staff. There have been no pressing issues that weren't resolved quickly and easily in our experience.
SalesLoft is a very easy-to-use product and integrating it with our current suite of sales products took some low-level lifting. I've marked it a 9 because it didn't set itself up, but as mentioned earlier, any questions we had were quickly answered online or through the fast, responsive support team.
Honestly, both Marketo and HubSpot offer great tools that get the job done well - similar to SalesLoft. But if you have Salesforce as your CRM, SalesLoft is your best option for optimizing the customer experience across your own account and sales teams. From lead management to collaboration, it performs at a very high level.
SalesLoft is particularly well suited for organizations that already use Salesforce. It wasn't until we switched to Salesforce that we even considered SalesLoft for that reason. It can quickly load leads from Salesforce and integrates well with that built-in functionality. To that end, if you have HubSpot, this is probably not the right tool for you for that exact reason.
