Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

PerfectServe utilizes SalesLoft within the Sales department to manage leads, contacts, and opportunities. It is primarily used within the Business Development Representative team, but the Business Specialists have started using the outbound contact features. We use it in addition to Salesforce as they integrate beautifully, and help the Marketing and Sales teams stay in the know about our prospects, clients, and opportunities. SalesLoft makes it easier to send emails, make phone calls, connect on LinkedIn, and manage cadences.
  • SalesLoft is excellent at managing cadences. You can save multiple cadences and create rules to route leads accordingly.
  • LinkedIn integration with SalesLoft is really neat. You can add LinkedIn reach out steps to your cadences to increase productivity.
  • Call merging.
  • Seamlessly integrating with Salesforce.
  • Email suggestions.
  • Improved sales rep productivity.
  • More touches mean more sales.
  • Make better use of LinkedIn Navigator investment.
The customer service or client success teams provide excellent tutorials and trainings to make sure that users understand the full functionality of the platform. They walked us through everything from how to build a cadence to how to leverage the call intelligence feature. If we ever have issues or questions, I know that I can reach out to our representative and they will help out right away.
I'm not sure because I did not handle the integration process. From what I know, it was fairly easy. Everyone is happy with it.
SalesLoft is a great way to stay on top of contacts and leads to ensure they are getting contacted in the right way, at the right time. Use this tool to increase outbound contacts through drip campaigns and automated email steps within cadences. This is not a great way to view intents and needs of customers or to use for marketing only.
