Overall Satisfaction with SAP Commerce Cloud (formerly SAP Hybris)
SAP Commerce Cloud is being used by my organization as a cloud solution integrating the various parts of my company. SAP allows my company to make a powerful presence within the industry market. I work to help plan designs and create marketing content. SAP helps make my work more efficient with its complete commerce cloud portal that connects e-commerce as well.
- New functions each quarter.
- Provides all features for e-commerce platform required for both B2B and B2C.
- Flexibility to use across multiple devices.
- Seems to be more compatible with regular SAP and not the Business One version.
- Bad search system that needs to become more efficient and accessible.
- Loading issues at times.
- Integrated functions for content management, customization, order management, and online configuration.
- Fast implementation thanks to standardized interfaces to SAP basis system.
- Targeted customer contact based on customization.
SAP Commerce Cloud works great in addition to the SAP Analytics Cloud we previously had implemented. Both work wonderfully together hand in hand. We made the decision to supplement SAP Analytics Cloud with SAP Commerce Cloud after have such a great experience with the platform. SAP Commerce Cloud has improved business in so many aspects. It has been a great purchase decision.
