Use Cases and Deployment Scope

SAP Crystal Server is used throughout our organization, to varying degrees, by all the departments. It is used to generate reports, both ad-hoc reports and scheduled recurring reports, and the information we are able to get from the reports we run with SAP Crystal Server is very important to our decision making.

SAP Crystal Server is exactly what we need for our reporting, both internally and externally, and we consistently use the scheduled reporting option and set up automatic delivery to save us time. These features are the main reason why we decided that this program was the correct fit for our needs.

SAP Crystal Server is a very good option to use for scheduled reports because it is very straight forward (once you familiarise yourself with the program) to set this up and choose the delivery destination. We have also been happy with the ad-hoc reports we have created using SAP Crystal Server because it provides professional looking reports, that are easy to read and interpret.
