Overall Satisfaction with SAP Customer Data Solutions
SAP CDC allows us to provide a single-user experience across websites and portals we have in our company. For us is crucial to provide a seamless Customer Experience keeping in mind we need to guarantee the scalability and robustness of the solution we are deploying worldwide. We need to deploy SAP CDC in 198 countries, where we have around 4-5 portals in each country. In the near future, we will need to expand the solution to other areas and also review the customer journey, so as I mentioned before, scalability is key and also being able to industrialize processes. For sure, this is a solution that allows us to achieve what we need. There is a long journey to achieve what we need, but using the Screensets and the connectors for some CMS, will help us to go where we want to go.
