Overall Satisfaction with SAP Sales Cloud

Good collaboration tool and provides necessary insights to all stake holders.
SAP Sale Cloud brought Sales, Presales, Marketing and Mngt teams together and helped us to build dashboards that are relevant for each stake holder.
Lead conversion and funnel flow was visible with time lines. this helped in better GTM and follow-up processes.

Back-end integration is not fully functional yet with the core SAP ERP.
More integration efforts are required to include Digital / Social Media Marketing tools into the composite landscape.
Havent seen issues in scalability. Have been able to deply into multiple geo locations with various localizations.
HubSpot CRM - more user friendly. MSD365 - integration issues with backend sytems SAP C4C - easy to implement in SAP company!!
