Overall Satisfaction with SAP Sales Cloud

SAP Sales Cloud is a system for create order but its very difficult for relation management it is an unintuitive system

  • customers management
  • See information about products

Cons

  • Integration with R3
  • Fusion of customers
  • invoices in the system
  • Forecast of relationships
  • Time its money, many issues in the system
  • Positive is that we managed to place a lot of orders and this generates a lot of income for us
Those connection are very unstable.
We haven´t managed to simplify workflows
Because we have managed to integrate several teams, not only sales, into the solution. It's not an easy process to pull off, but it's been done.
