We use SAP Sales Cloud to manage our sales from start to end. It helps us to keep all the information about our customer in a single place, which makes it simple to track deals and stay organized. It makes our sales fast and efficient, and our team can work together and faster.

When we connected SAP Sales Cloud with our other systems, our sales team could instantly check stock levels, prices, and past orders. Which helps them to understand our customers and clients so they are able to help them efficiently. Our sales team can better understand customers and provide them with accurate information when they ask questions thanks to the ERP connection with SAP Sales Cloud. This helps them close deals with our clients.
I would give it a 9 out of 10 rating because with its help now we are increasing our sales day by day, and our clients are also happy because we can make notes of their conversations while we talk to them. It helps us to understand our customer's nature next time we connect with them for discussions.
We choose SAP Sales Cloud over HubSpot CRM because we have a large number of customers to handle, and their needs need to be personalized. Which are offered accurately by SAP Sales Cloud. In our experience, HubSpot has some issues when the number of customers increases. Our company is growing day by day, so we need reliable software, which is SAP Sales Cloud.

We use SAP Sales Cloud to manage healthcare products and plans that include multiple stakeholders and months of negotiations. For example, we had a deal with a customer who wanted to buy some healthcare software from us to manage his hospital's labs, so we had a very long discussion with him about it, and after a very long conversation and time. We cracked the deal with him, and we were able to focus on that customer because of SAP Sales Cloud.
