Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
SAP SuccessFactors is primarily used for time off tracking and planning, performance metrics and goals, our organizational chart, and as a hub to link employees to other relevant information. Overall most users log in rarely, with their primary goals being time off requests. Goals are becoming more utilized.

As a global organization, this is important to our company. It seems SAP SuccessFactors performs as expected in this regard, I can't cite a specific issue nor a specific high point.
SAP SuccessFactors has a much better user experience than UKG. UKG Is harder to use, more complicated, and less visually appealing. Self-service was difficult, if not impossible for some users with UKG while SAP tends to be fairly easy for most users, though the populations I worked with each software were vastly different and may account for some of the disparity.
