Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

SAP SuccessFactors is primarily used for time off tracking and planning, performance metrics and goals, our organizational chart, and as a hub to link employees to other relevant information. Overall most users log in rarely, with their primary goals being time off requests. Goals are becoming more utilized.

I did not set up or investigate integration with SAP, but I can say that we still have separate systems for employee data, meaning updates have to be manually mirrored across systems. I can't say for certain if this is a workflow issue or a system limitation for integration.
As a global organization, this is important to our company. It seems SAP SuccessFactors performs as expected in this regard, I can't cite a specific issue nor a specific high point.
SAP SuccessFactors has a much better user experience than UKG. UKG Is harder to use, more complicated, and less visually appealing. Self-service was difficult, if not impossible for some users with UKG while SAP tends to be fairly easy for most users, though the populations I worked with each software were vastly different and may account for some of the disparity.

Yes

SAP SuccessFactors isn't the worst or best method I've seen for PTO tracking and performance, but it does perform well enough. If you're using a spreadsheet system of any kind this would be a huge step up. If you have an intuitive system already in place, it's likely not worth the change. The complaints I have are frankly minimal and surface-level, but they do exist.
